Why Interior?

Interior painting is the best place for us to showcase our talents. Its all about the details , the difference between a good paint job and a bad one is simply the amount of time you spend repairing the walls , ceilings, trims and doors. Anybody can roll on a coat of paint , but not everyone can make your home look like a came out of a magazine. That's the difference, and we can do it quickly and cost effectively, all while being cleanly. We realize that not all jobs need grade "A " paint work, that's why we customize our paint jobs to the customer, depending on what you want will determine how far we go. Any which way you choose, we guarantee all details will be discussed before hand, put on paper, and agreed upon before any work commences. This protects any worries from either party.

Why Exterior?

Painting the exterior of your home is one of the most important things you can do to protect your investment . A home that has not been painted in some time starts to deteriorate. The longer you wait, the more money it costs. Meaning, the more man hours that have to be spent on scraping, sanding , and priming , that otherwise would have not been needed.

The south side of your house takes the worse beating from all the exposure to UV rays from the sun, this should be maintained around every 5 years. As for the other sides of your house, depending on how much shade they get, will start to grow mildew and mould on the exterior of the siding, trim and sofets. Depending on how long the mildew and mould have been on there will determine the amount of damage. Even though most high end paint products state that they have mildacides and fungacides in them this does not actually mean they will keep those things from growing there, it just means that it helps to prevent them from growing there. If you notice any mould and mildew on your paint coating, you should have it washed off with a solution of bleach and water, and possibly a powerwasher depending on the situation. Prolonging this will allow the mould and mildew to eat into the paint job and destroy it.
